We are three founders with 90+ years of combined experience.
We built Velldor Capital in 2026 to do one thing exceptionally well: invest in Nordic fixed income with discipline, transparency, and the long view. Between us we have managed money through every major cycle of the last three decades — and we run the firm the way we always wished our former employers had.

Patrik leads our investment process. Decades of fixed-income leadership across major Scandinavian banks — our credit instincts were forged together through the dot-com bubble, 2008, and COVID.

Mimmi runs the firm day to day. She began as a junior project manager and transitioned into fixed-income asset management under Ivo's mentorship — bridging institutional rigor with a modern lens.

Ivo chairs our board. He and Patrik met 30+ years ago on a Scandinavian bank trading floor — a background in market-making and institutional credit, and Mimmi's longtime mentor.
We have navigated multiple cycles of significant market stress together — the dot-com bubble, the 2008 financial crisis, and COVID-19 — and we bring that experience to every decision we make.
Composure under pressure. Conviction in motion.
We built on institutional infrastructure from day one.
Our dual-platform setup lets us focus entirely on credit selection and performance, within a robust, compliant, and scalable environment.
Our fund is structured as a Luxembourgish SICAV RAIF under Peter Dahlgren's licensed platform. Dahlgren Capital holds 25% ownership, providing the framework for cross-border distribution and institutional governance.
Administration, back-office, compliance, legal coordination, revaluation, and NAV oversight. A proven platform that materially reduces operational risk.
The people behind our platform.
Through Dahlgren Capital we draw on a senior board and partner group, alongside dedicated wealth planning expertise for private and institutional clients.

"We work with people who share our commitment to transparency and mutual success. Deals built on trust endure, and enduring partnerships compound."
